Refunds and Cancellations Policy
At Celansoft, we strive to provide the highest quality NetSuite support services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to cancel our services or request a refund. Please read our Refunds and Cancellations Policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.
1. Service Cancellation
Notice of Cancellation: To cancel any services, you must provide written notice to Celansoft. Notices can be sent to admin@celansoft.com.
Effective Date of Cancellation:
Cancellation requests will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle or as specified in the service agreement.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
Service Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us within 30 days of service commencement. We will work with you to address any issues. If the problem cannot be resolved, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
Non-Delivery of Services: If we fail to deliver the services as outlined in our agreement, you may be eligible for a full refund for the undelivered portion of the services.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services may be non-refundable. These include:
Consultation Fees: Fees paid for initial consultations are generally non-refundable.
Completed Services: Fees for services that have already been completed to your satisfaction are non-refundable.
Third-Party Fees: Any third-party fees incurred on your behalf are non-refundable.

Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact us at admin@celansoft.com with your account details and the reason for the refund request.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
5. Changes to Services and Pricing
Service Changes: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time. If a change affects your use of our services, we will notify you in advance and offer alternative options or a refund for the unused portion of the services.
Pricing Changes: We may update our pricing from time to time. Any changes in pricing will not affect services that have already been contracted and paid for.
